O Sindicato Nacional dos Docentes das Instituições de Ensino Superior (ANDES-SN) é um sindicato brasileiro, com sede em Brasília (DF) e seções sindicais nos locais de trabalho, que representa professores de ensino superior e ensino básico, técnico e tecnológico no país. O ANDES-SN é filiado à Central Sindical e Popular Conlutas (CSP-Conlutas). Foi fundado em 19 de fevereiro de 1981 na cidade de Campinas (SP), como Associação Nacional dos Docentes do Ensino Superior (a ANDES). Sete anos depois, em 26 de novembro de 1988, após a promulgação da atual Constituição Federal, passou a ser Sindicato Nacional dos Docentes das Instituições de Ensino Superior (o ANDES-SN). Antonio Gonçalves Filho (2018-2020) é atualmente o presidente
